MySoMart Seller Declaration

I declare that I am authorised to submit this application and operate the named business; the application information is complete and accurate; and I will promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate.

I declare that the seller will offer only lawful, genuine and safe products in approved categories; will not offer drugs or medicines; and will comply with applicable consumer, food safety, labelling, tax, intellectual-property and other legal requirements.

I declare that every licence or registration supplied—including an FSSAI Registration or Licence number—is genuine, belongs to the relevant food business, and will be kept valid. I understand that MySoMart may verify submitted details and restrict activation, product approval or sales until required verification is complete.

I declare that customer and order data will be accessed only by authorised persons and used only for fulfilment, support and lawful record-keeping. I understand that false, misleading or outdated declarations may result in rejection, product removal, store suspension or termination.

This declaration is separate from, and accepted together with, the Seller Terms and Conditions. My acceptance is recorded with the application, document versions and acceptance time.
